Our commitment

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our accessibility target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certification. We review important shopping and account experiences and make improvements as we find barriers.

What we work on

Our work includes clear heading structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, useful alternative text, readable contrast, descriptive links and buttons, form labels and error messages, and support for zoom and responsive layouts.

Some third-party services and rapidly updated content may not fully meet our target yet. We continue to assess those experiences and work with providers where we can.

If you have trouble using the site, email help@takeoften.com or use our Contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

We can also help with product information, placing an order, managing a subscription, or providing information in another reasonable format. We review accessibility reports and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
